Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will appear in the Islamabad High Court today in the Islamabad Al-Azizia and Avenfield reference The court has also approved the protective bail of Nawaz Sharif till October 26.
According to the details, Islamabad High Court will hear today on various petitions to restore the appeals against the sentence of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Al-Azizia and Avonfield reference.
The hearing of the case will be held in Islamabad High Court at 2:30 PM, Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will conduct the hearing.
The court has also approved Nawaz Sharif’s protective bail till October 26 and has asked the NAB to follow the appeals of Nawaz Sharif or to withdraw the reference.
The Registrar’s Office has issued a security circular related to the case of reviving appeals in the Al-Azizia, Avenfield reference of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
In which it was said that the hearing of the Nawaz Sharif case is scheduled at 2:30 tomorrow, special passes will be issued and 15 members of Nawaz Sharif’s legal team will be allowed, while 10 passes will be issued to law officers and 30 passes will be issued to journalists.
It is remembered that in the last hearing, on the occasion of the appearance of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the Islamabad High Court, 300 people entered the courtroom without checking.
