Islamabad: The schedule of the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) has been changed due to the ongoing flood crisis across the country. The severe flooding has disrupted normal life in many regions, making it difficult for students and their families to reach exam centers safely.
On the instructions of the Federal Minister for Health, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has announced that the MDCAT exam will now be held on Sunday, October 26.
Officials stated that the decision was taken to provide relief to students in flood-affected areas and to ensure they have enough time to prepare and reach exam centers. The government has assured that all necessary arrangements will be finalized to conduct the exam smoothly on the revised date.
