Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has stated that the Afghan Taliban made a grave mistake by launching an attack and will have to face serious consequences. He emphasized that Pakistan will not compromise on its security and the protection of its citizens.
The interior minister strongly condemned the targeting of the civilian population by the Afghan Taliban, saying that harming innocent people is unacceptable under any circumstances. He added that such actions undermine regional peace.
Mohsin Naqvi stated that the enemy carried out the attack under the cover of darkness and made a malicious attempt to target innocent civilians, but Pakistan’s security forces remain fully alert and prepared.
He described the Afghan Taliban’s aggression as intolerable and said that the Pakistan Army has given a strong and effective response. The minister concluded that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces in defense of the country.
