Iran has allowed a Turkish vessel to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, and the ship has successfully crossed the key maritime passage.
According to Turkish Transport Minister Abdulkadir Uraloglu, 15 Turkish ships are currently in the region, operating on various maritime routes.
He said that Iran granted permission to one of these ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, and the vessel has now safely crossed the strait.
The Strait of Hormuz is considered one of the most critical global routes for energy transportation, and ongoing tensions in the region have raised concerns worldwide.
Reports indicate that European countries France and Italy have also expressed readiness to hold talks with Iran regarding ensuring safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz.
According to a report by the British newspaper Financial Times, European countries aim to restore energy supply routes without allowing the conflict in the region to escalate further.
