Former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has sent a notice of 10 billion rupees to Federal Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel.
On May 26, Federal Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel made allegations during a press conference, stating that Imran Khan’s medical report contains traces of alcohol and cocaine. In response to the statement, the PTI decided to take legal action against Abdul Qadir Patel, including the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the Ministry of Health, and the doctors at PIMS Hospital.
Following the press conference by the Health Minister regarding the medical report, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has initiated legal proceedings against Abdul Qadir Patel, and a notice of 10 billion rupees has been sent to the federal minister.
The notice has been sent to the Federal Health Minister by Imran Khan’s lawyer, Abuzar Salman Niazi, stating that Abdul Qadir Patel should withdraw his baseless allegations within 15 days and seek an unconditional apology from Imran Khan. If he fails to do so, further legal action will be taken.
