Pleasant weather prevailed in Punjab and Karachi as rain showers occurred in the morning. Light and heavy rain is continuing in different areas of Karachi since last night.
Light to moderate rain continued in various areas of Karachi last night, and scattered light rain was also witnessed in different parts of the city this morning, making the weather enjoyable.
During the daytime in Karachi, there were drizzles along with thunder and lightning in Malir and its surrounding areas.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning in Karachi during the next 24 hours.
As per the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature recorded in the city in the past 24 hours was 30 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature could range from 35 to 37 degrees Celsius. The wind speed from the southwest is 14 kilometers per hour.
On the other hand, rain showers occurred in various areas of Lahore, including Qasur and Gujrat, during the early morning hours.
Similarly, rainfall was recorded in areas of Sindh, including Larkana, Jacobabad, Dadu, Sehwan, Dhadar, and Girdo.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of scattered rain showers in most parts of Sindh today, including Hyderabad, Thatta, Badin, Sanghar, and Mirpur Khas.
