The Provincial Election Commission has issued notices to various political parties, stating that several politicians have been penalized for violating election rules and regulations during past gatherings and processions. However, 37 candidates have not yet paid the fines.
The Election Commission’s list includes names of founder chairman PTI Imran Khan, former chief minister Mehmood Khan, Murad Saeed, Kamran Bangash, Taimur Jhagra, Shaukat Yousafzai and Ishtiaq Armard.
According to the list, PPP’s Information Secretary Amjad Afridi and Jamaat-e-Islami’s Inayatullah are also indebted to the Election Commission.
