Rawalpindi Police also arrested PTI founder Imran Khan in May 9 GHQ attack case. Judge Malik Ijaz of the Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court heard 12 cases related to May 9.
Founder PTI was produced in court through video link from Adiala Jail, along with SHOs of all 12 cases appeared before the court along with records.
The court had summoned Imran Khan, however, the jail authorities refused to produce him after which his appearance was secured through video link.
During the hearing, SHO RA Bazar requested physical remand of Imran Khan, which was rejected by the court.
RA Bazar police informed the court about the arrest of founder PTI in the GHQ attack case.
The court said that all the cases related to May 9 in which Imran Khan is named will be investigated in Adiala Jail.
