The State Bank of Pakistan has decided to introduce new currency notes of all denominations. This decision has been taken keeping in view the complaints of fake notes across the country.
State Bank says that complaints of fake notes are high after which it has decided to introduce new notes of all denominations.
The new currency notes will have international security features.
Governor State Bank Jameel Ahmed said that the design framework of the new note will be completed by March.
He said that new notes will be printed with international security features, notes will be introduced with new serial numbers, designs, high security features.

The State Bank sources say that considering complaints of counterfeit notes across the country, this decision has been made.
