During the month of Ramadan, fasting individuals often experience fatigue and lethargy due to increased exertion and sluggishness, leading to a decrease in overall energy levels.
Remember that the human body needs to eat, drink and sleep well, the effects of what we eat will be reflected in our body. Deficiency in these three can cause fatigue, drowsiness and irritability in the body.
During Ramadan, eating twice a day (Suhri and Iftar) and the change in time have effects on sleep, dietary schedule and other activities.
According to medical experts, any normal person should get at least 8 hours of sleep. In the month of Ramadan, the duration of sleep is reduced. If you take a nap for 20 to 30 minutes in the afternoon, this short nap helps to make up for the lack of sleep at night to some extent.
Foods that take longer to digest should be chosen so that the body continues to be supplied with energy and does not feel tired.
