Karachi: A new record has been set in the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the Hundred Index has also crossed the 92 thousand points mark.
The stock market recorded a strong rally during the first day of the business week, with an increase of more than 1100 points, and the Hundred Index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange is trading at the level of 92 thousand 16 points.
It should be noted that on the last day of the last business week, the business in the Pakistan Stock Market ended in a positive zone due to which the Hundred Index closed at the level of 90 thousand 859 points with an increase of 1893 points.
On the other hand, the value of the dollar has increased in interbank.
On the first day of the business week, the US currency appreciated by 7 paise in the interbank market with the dollar trading at Rs 277.77 from Rs 277.70 in the interbank market.
