Former Chief Minister of Punjab, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, has said that the police are conducting a ruthless operation at Zaman Park on the orders of Rana Sanaullah and Maryam Nawaz, but their desire to have Imran Khan arrested will remain unfulfilled.
Tahir Javaid, an American businessman, met with Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and former Federal Minister Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain during this occasion.
Chaudhry Parvez Elahi stated that a brutal operation is being conducted at Zaman Park by the police on the orders of Rana Sanaullah and Maryam Nawaz. Maryam Nawaz wants to have Imran Khan arrested at all costs, but her desire will remain unfulfilled.
Parvez Elahi also stated that those who referred to Nawaz Sharif as a leader should bring him back to the country first, as how can a leader who fled the country on the pretext of illness be considered a leader?
The former Chief Minister also mentioned that the country is facing the worst economic crisis, and the only certain solution to overcome the financial crisis and uncertainty is through elections. The country is also in dire need of help from America, and America does not seem to be offering any assistance regarding the IMF matter.
