The Pakistan Cricket Board has officially announced the national squad for the upcoming tri-series and the ICC Under-19 World Cup, retaining Farhan Yousaf as captain while making a single change to the lineup.
According to the details, only one adjustment has been made in the national Under-19 squad, with Umer Zaib replacing Muhammad Huzayfa, while the remaining players have been retained based on their recent performances.
The squad includes Captain Farhan Yousaf, Vice Captain Usman Khan, along with Abdul Subhan, Ahmed Hussain, Ali Hasan Baloch, Ali Raza, Daniyal Ali Khan, Hamza Zahoor, Huzayfa Ahsan, Umer Zaib, Momin Qamar, Muhammad Siyam, Muhammad Shayan, Naqab Shafiq, and Sameer Minhas.
The tri-series is scheduled to be played in Zimbabwe from December 25 to January 6, featuring Pakistan, Afghanistan, and hosts Zimbabwe. Meanwhile, the Under-19 World Cup will take place from January 15 to February 6 in Zimbabwe and Namibia, with both tournaments set to be contested in the 50-overs format.
