The conflict continues between Palestine and Israel: Israel has initiated artillery shelling on Gaza with aerial strikes and tanks. A meeting of the United Nations Security Council is scheduled for Friday.
The Israeli attacks also involve the use of banned white phosphorus. In the shelling on a refugee camp in Khan Yunis, seven Palestinians were martyred.
The death toll has now risen to 1,200 martyrs, with over 5,000 wounded. In Israel, 1,200 casualties have been reported, bringing the total to over 2,400.
In the Gaza Strip, over 2,500 houses have been completely destroyed, while more than 22,800 residences in Israel have suffered damage due to Israeli bombings.
Hamas’ attacks resulted in the deaths of 21 in Thailand and 22 in the United States, while in the Israeli aerial strikes on Gaza, 9 United Nations officials lost their lives.
On the other hand, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will arrive in Israel within a few hours to express solidarity.
According to Palestinian authorities, the US Secretary of State will also meet with Palestinian President Mahmood Abbas.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil has stated that Brazil, in its capacity as the President of the United Nations Security Council, has requested a meeting to address the situation in Gaza
