The dollar exhibited a noticeable depreciation trend during interbank transactions, with the dollar rate experiencing a significant drop below Rs 280 after a lapse of three months.
During inter-bank trading, the value of the dollar decreased by 17 paisa to 279 rupees 80 paisa.
At the end of yesterday’s interbank trading, the dollar was trading at Rs 279 97 paise.
