Indian actress Jacqueline Fernandez has reportedly received a 112 crore private jet as a Valentine’s Day gift.
According to Indian media reports, Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who was arrested in a multi-crore fraud case in 2015, gifted the jet to Jacqueline.
In a romantic letter sent from jail, Sukesh revealed that the Gulfstream jet is registered with a number based on Jacqueline’s birth date and month. He stated that the gift was intended to help her travel worldwide for work conveniently.
Sukesh assured Jacqueline that she would not face any legal issues with this gift, as it was not purchased using illicit money. He mentioned that he has declared the jet in his tax returns and will pay the required gift tax.
It is noteworthy that Sukesh Chandrasekhar has been imprisoned for several years on financial fraud charges.
