NADRA has increased the number of biker services in Karachi from three to eight to provide citizens with identification document services at their doorstep, aiming to offer greater convenience.
According to NADRA Karachi Region DG Aamir Ali Khan, residents of all districts in Karachi can now use the biker service to renew ID cards, apply for B-Forms, and access other essential documents from home. He stated that NADRA has launched road shows across Karachi to promote the Pak ID mobile app.
Aamir Ali Khan added that special awareness campaigns have been initiated in universities, schools, shopping malls, and other institutions to encourage more people to benefit from the Pak ID app.
He further stated that the Pak ID software has been updated to fix existing technical issues, making the app more stable and user-friendly.
The DG NADRA also announced plans for a large-scale awareness campaign in the coming months to effectively deliver NADRA’s modern services to citizens.
