British Prince Harry appeared at the London High Court on Monday for a hearing related to a lawsuit filed against the newspaper Daily Mail, where legal proceedings in the case were formally conducted.
According to a statement issued by the royal household, following Prince Harry’s appearance at the London High Court, King Charles held an important meeting in Scotland as part of his official engagements. The statement added that royal duties continued as scheduled after the court proceedings.
The 77-year-old King Charles III carried out several key engagements at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, where he met with various individuals from different sectors during his official visit.
Photographs released by Buckingham Palace showed King Charles hosting a reception in honor of participants of the Scotland Investment Forum, aimed at highlighting the country’s business environment and creative potential.
In its first official statement following Prince Harry’s arrival in the United Kingdom, the royal palace said that Scotland’s First Minister John Swinney was also present alongside King Charles at the event held at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
The reception was attended by investors, business representatives, and leaders from sectors including technology, healthcare, and artificial intelligence, where discussions focused on growth and future investment opportunities.
On the occasion, King Charles and the first minister also met representatives of the Rosebank Distillery, which is regarded as an example of local business success.
