The sun continues to make its presence felt in most parts of the country, and the intensity of the heat is increasing day by day. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning that the heat will further intensify in three provinces of the country, raising concerns about a heatwave.
According to the Meteorological Department, temperatures will rise in various locations, including southern Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.
In the next 24 hours, most areas are expected to experience dry weather, as the influence of western winds has weakened. However, there is a possibility of rainfall in some areas of Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
The Meteorological Department has advised citizens to take precautionary measures during the heatwave. They have stated that the heatwave is expected to continue for the next three to four days.
