Despite the controversies and protests of the extremist Hindus, Bollywood king Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘Pathan’ not only won a new title by earning Rs 57 crore on the first day of its release, but also set many records.
‘Pathan’ was released worldwide including India on January 25 and was threatened by extremist Hindus against its screening.
The film was released in cinemas across India On January 25th, the film was premiered same day in India’s cinemas at 1am and had a late night screening, many people formed long lines outside of theaters to watch the film.
